The night before going to Sunset Ford, we went to another dealer to test drive a Jeep. The sales kid was funny rude, pushy, and had no clue about the vehicles. We told him what we were considering and he said "The Explorers suck, you should just get this." Not a 'hey we have one hear would you like to see the differenc', but just a flat out, 'I want to sell this car." Keith at Sunset Ford was very knowledgeable and polite. Pointed out all the features of the different trims, told us of the options out there, listened to what we were wanting and why. He asked once if we could make a deal today, in which we said no and that we needed to talk about everything. Two hours later, we were back buying it from him. Thanks! More
