Made my appointment online. After dropping off, it took more than 24 hours to get back to me and I had to call and inquire. When my service person finally called back it was not to update me but ask about a service he’d offered me when I dropped off. Took two days to actually get the diagnostic results and have them begin working. When I was finally able to pick up, I got in my car only to be greeted by a partially drank coke that was NOT mine. Overall, poor experience and I will not be coming back to Leson Chevrolet for servicing on my vehicle unless I have absolutely no other choice. More
