I have been bringing my vehicles to Lesson for service for about 25 years. This last experience was horrible. I had an appointment on Thursday Jan 2 at 8:30. The service adviser said she would give me an for about 25 years. This last experience was horrible. I had an appointment on Thursday Jan 2 at 8:30. The service adviser said she would give me an update later that day. I did not here from her so I called twice in the afternoon. I left messages and received no call back. On Friday I called and left 3 more messages with no reply. I was told she left for the day and was passed on to another service adviser. He said he would look in to it and call me back. Of course I was not called back. I left messages for him as well. Monday came and I called my original adviser another 3 or 4 times and left messages with no reply again. I finally got in touch with her by accident when she answered the main line. I took over a dozen calls and messages to finally talk to my service adviser. I have never felt so under appreciated and frustrated. This was such a poor experience. If I ran my business like this, I would no longer have work. I do not know if I will return after being a loyal service customer for about 25 years. Carlos Mena More

I went in cause my key fob was not connecting to my truck so I couldn’t unlock, lock or start my truck. I had to only unlock my truck through the my Chevrolet app. Which is very frustrating!!! I bring it in and they said it was fix only to find out that same day it was doing the same thing. I called them back the same day and told them I still had the same problem and they said somebody will call me back. Days went by and nobody called me back. I called back and they transferred me 2 Mr. Keith I left a message and he called me back in about 3 days telling me that he will look into what was done. He called back and said that they had change my key fob and it should work but it wasn’t. I had 2 play with my key fob and button on my door handle until it connected. I called them back again to see what can be done and still to this date nobody has called me back so I had to go and put a different alarm system on my truck so that I can get in and out my truck without a problem More

Poor communication when my vehicle under warranty was disabled. I was able to pull a code from my vehicle on the order of minutes, but it took this dealership 3 days to do what I did in less than an hour disabled. I was able to pull a code from my vehicle on the order of minutes, but it took this dealership 3 days to do what I did in less than an hour. No one initially made me aware that I could use Chevy Roadside Assistance despite me calling the dealership to confirm that I indeed still had my warranty. The dealership was also unable to tell me how to shift the vehicle out of park to neutral so that the tow truck driver did not have to drag my vehicle on and off the truck. Also, I came to find out the part that failed on my vehicle is known to be on recall from GM (fuel pump control module (tow truck driver says he sees these fail all the time)), yet, this dealership, which performed routine maintenance on this vehicle several times, did not make me aware of the recalled part and thus causing my vehicle to fail on Thanksgiving. It took me hounding the dealership on Monday to have my vehicle looked at and ultimately have the bolt-on module installed. All in all, there is no sense of service initially given, you have to pry and press to get it. What fun! More
