We had a vehicle in mind and when we entered the lot, but when we were greeted by Keith Cox, we struck gold. He was great! While we were looking for a used car, he never once made it feel like we were dealing with a "used car salesman'. He went over all our options with us, found out our needs and put us in a 2015 Focus at a great price. We definitely felt taken care of and his customer service is excellent! it definitely shows that he cares about his customers. We also had a great experience with Mickey for the financial aspect. he took great care into explaining everything we were signing and made it an enjoyable experience, which is sometimes tough when dealing with the financials of a new purchase. When it comes time for a trade up, there's only one duo we will go see! Thanks Keith and Mickey! More

2014 Raptor Blue Beast. 2014 RAPTOR. This is probably my 5th vehicle purchased from Walker and I searched out Irene to buy from after the last purchase from Dan did not go we 2014 RAPTOR. This is probably my 5th vehicle purchased from Walker and I searched out Irene to buy from after the last purchase from Dan did not go well. Had a Brake issue with the 2013 F150 Crew 2 days after buying it.and Dan did not follow through on his promise to fix it which ended up costing me $450.00 out of pocket. I made it a point not to do business with Dan in the future but did not hold it against Walker. Irene was pleasant and informative on our original visit and when we returned to buy she was out but she directed me to her partner Keith Cox who grabbed the ball and did an excellent job going over the Truck and all the options that were available. Keith has a very personable attitude and takes the time to explain every detail of the purchase process and hand delivered us to the sign off guy and was waiting for us when we finished to return us to the used car office. I will definitely search these two out when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Have Keith give Dan some pointers. More

I do not want to forget Harry Rumberger as well. He assisted us in the financing and made sure we were protected in the long term with the right extended care package. Brett listened to my concerns and even though it was very late into the evening! We closed the dealership late that night with me driving off in my wonderful Ford Focus!
