Welcoming Attitude and Great Guidance I had just begun the task of finding a new car and wasn't sure if I would buy another Mercedes-Benz, a Lexus, or even a Cadillac. My husband and I me I had just begun the task of finding a new car and wasn't sure if I would buy another Mercedes-Benz, a Lexus, or even a Cadillac. My husband and I met Keith Croft as we entered the dealership and he spent a great deal of time with us as we compared several models and test-drove each of them. He was a low-pressure salesman and we never felt rushed or coerced in any way. He welcomed my request to have the car inspected by my mechanic. His warm personality and patience were wonderful in what is often a positive but stressful experience - buying a new car. The dealership was having a very busy day and the finance process was backed up. So, once I made my decision, Keith took the time to orient me fully to every aspect of the new car. It was extremely helpful. I keep my cars for a long time, so when I have to buy a car, it is a big deal. Impressed and Convinced After our son raving about his Lexus for the last two years, we decided to go shopping for a new car. Keith was certainly knowledgeable about Lexus, but more importantly, he was personable. My husband and I are both 74 years old and Keith had the patience and understanding needed to explain the high tech features of our new car. He gave us the confidence to know if we ever have a problem or question, he will be there for us. The dealership itself was clean and neat and offered all the amenities to accommodate our wait while our car was being detailed.
