He took me all around the lot to show me the many different cars available, explained all the details about each and every car i was interested in and did not make me feel rushed as i took my time. I felt at ease while searching for the perfect car as he assisted me along the way. Once i purchased the car, he took me into the car and explained all the things inside, every detail. He went over it more than once to make sure I fully understood how to work things in the car. He explained in detail everything about my warranty and policy and answered all the questions I needed and more. I have never had a better experience in my life purchasing a car as I did with Keith James. He even called the next day to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase.
