This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Pete Moore Chev in Pensacola. Both times I purchased my vehicle from Keith James. Keith has always kept in touch with me by sending Christmas Cards and other communications to show that he has not forgot about me after the sale. I was on the internet looking at the auto trader site. Pete moore Chevrolet had a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport shown. I have a friend working there named Don Lindgren, so I drove over from Mobile that aftern Pete moore Chevrolet had a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport shown. I have a friend working there named Don Lindgren, so I drove over from Mobile that afternoon. Don introduced me to Keith James.I think keith has been there 20 years or more. Anyway, keith and I looked at the vehicle I was interested in. I showed up at the dealership and was looking at the differences in vehicles from a Tahoe and a Traverse. I was really impressed with the lay out of the Traverse. I didn't have alot of time to really sit down and crame numbers and Dickie Heckler was very polite and curtious. I had my 4 yr old son and 6 month old little girl and we put a both car sits in the vehicle and I felt like I was not just another customer. Dickie Heckler had took the day off Friday June the 8th and meet Keith James he was kind enough to go through all the features of the Traverse and was willing to drive the car for me while I road in the passenger seat. It was ranning pretty good that day. I was able to observe his driving and the handling of the vehicle watching him. On June the 9th 2012 I purchased my new 2012 Traverse. The sales men was both there that day and got my phone set up with blue tooth and it was just a great buying experience. Let me start by saying how much I hate buying a vehicle, not the money so much as dealing with a car salesperson. That being said Pete Moore is the exception to this, this is the 5th vehicle we've purchase not the money so much as dealing with a car salesperson. Keith James was our salesmen for our new truck, he was knowledgeable & concise, he anticipated our questions and gave us more information with the most pleasant demeanor I've ever encountered from any salesperson. Make sure if you go to Pete Moore ask for Keith James. Ben Myers, sales mgr. is of course the reason we bought our 1st vehicle at Pete Moore Chevy, and is the reason we continue to buy cars and trucks there.
