Very disappointing I made a deal on a Saturday only to learn 2 days later a mistake had been made and the deal was off 10,000.00. This is the short of a long story...... My bad for going back after saying no because we couldn't come together on the first offer. Had I said no the second time and kept driving North I could have prevented this agony and heartache. Buying a new home and a new vehicle are two of the most exciting experiences one will enjoy in life, I was robbed of this enjoyable experience to say the least More

Polite, courteous, respectful and even very patient and tolerant of my crazy kids who were accompanying me. This was my experience while purchasing my car as well as at a service appointment afterwards. They were kind enough to pick up my old car at my house and drop off the new one after swapping the tires. They also gave me a loaner car at no charge while having some things done to my new one. Where I see room for improvement: Call me cheap but I went in there with a solid idea of how much I wanted to finance and what my trade in was worth. They weren't able to meet what I wanted and I felt a bit pressured to buy. That's probably on me though, I could have walked away. Other than that, I wish they had gone the extra mile like some other dealerships I've dealt with in terms of the little things like washing or vacuuming the new car when they had it for the service appointment or delivering it with more than a quarter tank of gas. Things like that would have made a huge difference for me and cost them little to nothing. More
