My experience at Weber Chevrolet was a positive one. I came in late on a Saturday afternoon in the pouring down rain. Mr. Keith Key welcomed me in with open arms. Great customer service! Keith Key was the best as he answered my many questions, returned my calls, texts and emails as quickly as possible. Even though we live in Wisconsin Keith Key was the best as he answered my many questions, returned my calls, texts and emails as quickly as possible. Even though we live in Wisconsin, he made our buying process pretty easy. And when we decided on the date to drive down, it was his day off but he came into the office anyway. I felt bad but Keith assured me it was ok and that right there is wonderful customer service!
