I have bought two new trucks (2008 & 2011)from Rob Sight and have had very good experiences with both on the sales side and service side. Regarding sales, Keith was very professional, answered all Sight and have had very good experiences with both on the sales side and service side. Regarding sales, Keith was very professional, answered all of my questions and was not one of those pushy salesman that gave you the feeling all he wanted to do was make a sale. Because of my good experience with the purchase of the new truck back in 2008, I wnet back to them this past March and bought my 2011 truck. Keith worked with me to get what I wanted. I will most likely be back in 2014 to look at another new truck and hope to work with Keith again. Regarding service, Craig Touchstone is very professional and gets me in & out. He is straight up with me and there has been no surprises. More

Keith was very helpful and knowledgeable about Ford and Lincoln's products. He spent considerable time and followed up promptly on our questions. overall I rate the Bob Sight experience very high and w Lincoln's products. The one thing about the Lincoln product that has disappointed me is the poor performance of the Sync product. This was a big part of our purchase and we have encountered three separate issues with SYNC Keith was very helpful when we brought these to his attention. More

Since I had just purchased the used vehicle with an extended warranty, I brought it in to get the paint and interior protection package completed that I had also purchased. Everyone seemed genuinely e extended warranty, I brought it in to get the paint and interior protection package completed that I had also purchased. Everyone seemed genuinely excited that I had traded in the vehicle that kept me at the the dealer at least once a month or every other month. The vehicle was ready when promised and it even got washed. I have been back since for an oil change and they discovered that the rear brakes had not previously been inspected for the vehicle safety check. That problem will be fixed free of charge thanks to the general manager. It just goes to show that you try to make things right. Thanks to Craig for telling me that they could get the oil change done on short notice as I had taken off work early to go play golf. They had the car ready in time for me to go shoot one over par. More
