Preventive Maintenance Made an appointment to have several preventive maintenance issues taken care of (two rear shocks, transmission fluid change, new spark plugs, and new Made an appointment to have several preventive maintenance issues taken care of (two rear shocks, transmission fluid change, new spark plugs, and new belts) since my 2010 Edge now has 206,870 miles on it. Service was completed by end of day and I took a courtesy shuttle to work that morning. I’m always greeted by name when I come in and want to give a shoutout to the awesome service department personnel. Bought my Edge brand new from Green Ford in 2010 and they always take good care of me and my vehicle. Ashley is great and everything requested was completed and I couldn’t be happier. More

Terrible experience Mr. Richard Jones made some promises he didn’t honored after I made a complaint the sales manager insulted me and kicked me out of the building . Saying that they don’t have anything to do with Mr. Jones promised I asked him why not?since Mr. jones represents Green Ford he asked me to leave even the secretary yells like a maniac that I need to go jail. I don’t buy another car there and I won’t recommend anybody to buy there. That was the second vehicle I bought there and will be the last. More

Amazing This experience was great from start to finish. I am not a Ford person, so normally I would not have visited Green Ford, but they had a vehicle I was This experience was great from start to finish. I am not a Ford person, so normally I would not have visited Green Ford, but they had a vehicle I was interested in so I went to take a look and to my surprise everything was great. First of all, I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento and it was used and I was advised that almost all of their vehicles both used and new have a lifetime guarantee of the warranty on the engine and transmission. I also got 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation and these are free of charge. There was an issue on my part where I overlooked the price that the internet had it listed for and it was 1k more than I wanted to pay, so I thought it wasnt going to work out, so I left and they called back and said they would make it work. Kerry took care of me and was great--very honest and not pushy at all and Keith in the finance department was also very helpful and gave us many options. I would definitely reccomend checking these guys out! More

Dealership will not help a loyal customer I am always early on payments and pays for extended warranty every month. I've had issues with my speedometer, my radio, and now I have a windshield l I am always early on payments and pays for extended warranty every month. I've had issues with my speedometer, my radio, and now I have a windshield leak that green Ford refuses to fix. My factory warranty went out 2 months ago and that is why green Ford wont fix this. My car only has less than 20k miles, it's an extremely young car. I have 2 people lined up to purchase cars from green Ford but I do not think I will be referring this dealership any longer and will be advising they cancel any appointments with green Ford. This is my worst experience purchasing a vehicle, I am extremely upset and disappointed. More
