Because I like the sales experience so much I figured I'd try the service dept to help diagnose a rattle that was pretty bad. Long story short i was quoted $1,000. 00 for two new shocks! The runaround I got was hysterical! Check-in went fine except for the fact the service writer didn't listen to my service request(s). There is much more to this than I care to write about. This dealership is very bad and I will not ever come back which is too bad because the sales department was great. More
