Great experience and service, aside from the hard sell I walked in and decided to buy an X7 right off the showroom floor that day. Keith my salesperson was excellent -- no hard pressure tactics, provided I walked in and decided to buy an X7 right off the showroom floor that day. Keith my salesperson was excellent -- no hard pressure tactics, provided helpful information, and was responsive. My experience in general was great, though the only negative part of the experience was the hard sell I got after being brought up to see the sales manager. Really, I just wanted to process the paperwork and make my payment. I didn't haggle on the price, and took their first offer for my trade-in, which I found reasonable, I paid the balance with a bank check to make life easy--I have to imagine I was the dream customer. But I found it frustrating when they find an excuse to put you in front of the pushy sales manager, who at first began by trying to sell me all sorts of insurance and add-on packages I was not interested in (what, the six figures I'm paying for the vehicle is not enough!?), but I found it over the top when she refused to take no for an answer and continued to pressure me. Felt more like a low-end used car dealership in that moment, and not what I expect from a place like Rallye. In any event, otherwise the service was excellent, and Keith my main salesperson was fantastic. More
