Another annoyance was that The dealership clearly wanted the car off the lot by the end of the month - as such, certain issues that couldn't be fixed prior to pick up weren't disclosed up front, which also had to be addressed upon return. We live in Long Island City and returning to Rallye again and again is a hassle. The service experience was really great. Good communication on status and turnaround time.
