My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Lexus RX350 from this dealership, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we have ever had. From start to finish, Trae Little and Keith provided exceptional customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They promptly returned my calls and emails, answered all of my questions, and treated us with respect throughout the entire transaction. What impressed me most was their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. During the holiday period, they took me at my word that I would return to purchase the vehicle, and they honored that commitment. I prefer to buy a low mileage fairly new used car. Am in OK but after much research I found car in Denton that seemed to fit the bill to trade in my 20 yr old Honda CRV. Keith was salesperson and his Am in OK but after much research I found car in Denton that seemed to fit the bill to trade in my 20 yr old Honda CRV. Keith was salesperson and his approach was exactly what I needed: straightforward, responsive to questions but no hyped up sales pitch, patient with all my questions about newer safety features, navigation system etc. I waited to write this review until had car for 3 mos. It’s a great car and I’d recommend this dealership and Keith to anyone looking for a reputable used car experience. More
