We teach customer service excellence, it sure was a delight to receive it during this journey. Not your average sale being that we couldn't just drop by for a test drive, so he did everything for us. When I asked about it was told the rugs got shampooed very perfumy and the smell is still lingering but not as bad I bought Odor absorbers that’s how bad it was!!
