I purchased a 2021 Equinox last week. I found the process very helpful and pleasant. I only have one complaint. The key fob was for a different GM Vehicle but worked with the Equinox. I found the process very helpful and pleasant. I only have one complaint. The key fob was for a different GM Vehicle but worked with the Equinox. I really would like to receive the correct key fob. Having the one they gave me is a little stressful because I now know I should have been given a new key fob not a substitute. It might work now, but what about the future. More
