We found a smudge on the car that we couldn't get off and he took it to to the back and returned it with the spot removed. The car I drove to the dealership had a tire that was a little on the unsafe side (belt showing), so he jacked up the car and replaced the tire with the spare himself. He found us some discounts and even offered to drive several hours so my co-signers would have less inconvenience. At no point in time did I start to get the "something about this is fishy" feeling that I get at so many dealerships. More

I researched for over a year and had decided on a Mazda CX5. I have owned 3 previous Mazda's with very good results. After retiring and moving from the Birmingham area, I made contact with the closest Mazda dealer which was Hiley Mazda in Huntsville Alabama. I spoke with Keith Robinett over the phone and from that point on the decision to purchase the Mazda CX5 was pretty much decided. I told him I wanted a no pressure sale, and that I had done lots of research and I wanted to drive to Huntsviile and test drive the vehicle. He arranged everything around my schedules. I was impressed with the dealership and the friendliness of the employees. Mr. Robinett answered my questions, worked with my budget, and calmed the nerves of a person who had not had a car payment for a long time. The manager, the finance manager and Mr. Robinett were all very considerate and spent the time necessary with me to ensure I understood the process and I never felt the pressure that I have felt from dealerships before. This went a long way in my decision to buy from Hiley Mazda. I would recommend this dealership and most definitely Mr. Robinett . More
