Initially, I wasn't sure if the Mazda CX5 was quite what I wanted, so I shopped nearly every mid-sized SUV out there, both online and around the city, before making a decision. During this evaluation/comparison process, I made three visits to Hiley, and each time, I was warmly welcomed, my questions were answered, and there was no aggressive hard sell--not that I required selling as I had previously purchased a new 2007 Mazda3 Grand Touring at Hiley and have had absolutely no problems with it. That too was a good car buying experience, but the entire staff has changed since then. When I retuned to get my CX5, Keith Robinett assisted me. He took my husband and me (yes, me is correct here) for a test drive, and he explained the car's features and answered all our questions. He took time to demonstrate some of the car's new technology, helped me set up my audio system and bluetooth, and welcomed me back if I had any questions or problems (I bought the car on August 29 and went back today, Sept. 2, for help with my iPod, and Keith resolved the problem). He also made sure I got the best price and just the vehicle I wanted. He is the perfect sales representative--friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm a retired professor from Detroit, and I've purchased many a car in the Motor City, but I've never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. I highly recommend that you go see Keith if you're in the market for a Mazda, but everyone at Hiley was wonderful to us. I'm loving my new CX5! More

The price quoted with my 2002 Camry trade in and loyalty discount (Mazda 3) was fair. He completely answered all the questions my wife and I asked. I bought a Mazda 6i Touring. Keith provided a very thorough tutorial on the electronic features of my new car. He even set up the Bluetooth and all my contacts. The level of service was above and beyond the usual expectation level. I travel a lot to teach and consult, and have driven new models of Camry, Fusion, Passat, Malibu and Altima. The Mazda 6i outperformed all of them and was far more economical and had superlative handling/ I would not hesitate to endorse and recommend Hiley Mazda and Keith Robinett with regard to price, customer relations and business practices. I came back because of the people that we dealt with (Reggie was our 1st Salesman) at the dealership. They were very friendly, positive and ethical. Why not try them again? This time we worked with Keith Robinett, and once again, he made the process and decision making easy, hassle free and as non-intrusive and stressful as this type of transaction can be. Melvin and Tairon also stepped up and represented the Hiley Group as true professionals, and as cordial as they could be. The experience with the sales team was exceptional. And then of course, comes the paperwork. To my delight, Reggie was the financial guru, having been promoted some time ago. His guidance and education of the process to my son Marcus was great, and put us both at ease, which is hard to do when it comes to me spending money. After dealing with a plethora of car dealerships, I was very frustrated with my offers and used car dealers. Luckily, I chose to visit Hiley Mazda. Hiley was a different experience than the other dealerships I had been looking to do business with. From the moment I started interacting with Keith Robinett, I felt as though he wanted to do business with me. I didn't get this feeling because he seemed eager to scam me or over charge me. He honestly wished to make a deal that could be of mutual benefit to me and the dealership and had the power to negotiate with me until that point was found. This was a low pressure situation with a salesman who was knowledgable on his product. I now have a fully functioning car in my drive way that I paid less than KBB suggest retail price for. I recommend doing business here and choosing Keith Robinett as your sales man because I am confident you will have the same feeling, if you choose to do so. More

Keith down at Hiley Mazda/Audi was a friendly, honest and upfront salesman. I have USAA insurance and they honored every bit of my member discount, and even stayed after close to make sure things ran smoothl upfront salesman. There were no games or gimmicks, they were simply upfront about the cost, and my approval. They actually got me approved for a lower rate than my bank! But, most importantly everyone at Hiley was polite and friendly to my daughter, got her skittles and a cup of water too! And as if it couldn't get any better, they dropped my rental car off at Enterprise for me. Thanks Keith, that my the ride home a real Trip! Honestly, I would reccomend Hiley Mazda/Audi to anyone. It was worth every minute of the 96 mile drive! More
