The one on the lot was not the model we wanted but he allowed us to test drive. When we returned he had done more research and told us about an upgraded model that had just come in. He took us to the back lot and we found it was just what we wanted. Because he went the extra mile for us we completed the sale that evening. Keith was friendly, not overbearing, and one of the biggest pieces was he took the time to walk us through each piece of the car features including setting up the technology so we would be set. It was clearly past closing time and he didn't rush us. Keith made it happen. He was exceptional and we would recommend people to see him personally. More

First thought was oh here we go we only came to look and he is going to push to buy. I was wrong he only answered questions and informed us of current deals and incentives. We were looking at the F-150 XLT and he worked with us to view our options. By far will always be the best sales representative I’ve had the pleasure to purchase from. Now bring in Josh Woodriff he was our financial godsend he worked with us the best I’ve seen we got as close as we could to our goal monthly payment. He was very reassuring with our pricing and Keith even added that it was an amazing feat that he got what we got. Finally the man who tied it all together Jacob Thomas in the management department who I’m sure had the overall say and gave us the chance of a lifetime to upgrade our vehicle during a pandemic where the last thing we needed was a loss.
