They were able to figure out what was wrong with my car even when other mechanics couldn’t. I was also given an alternative on what to do to the car so it can function well and not give problems and it’s b even when other mechanics couldn’t. With every service visit, I consistently receive quality advice from friendly employees. Not to mention that the work performed is of the highest quality. I appreciate that Oaklawn Toyota keeps excellent advice from friendly employees. Not to mention that the work performed is of the highest quality. I ALWAYS bring my Toyota to the dealer even tho i have been told it is less expensive to go to an oil change place....Toyota people KNOW their cars...I was able to get the scheduled maintenance on my lea been told it is less expensive to go to an oil change place....Toyota people KNOW their cars...I was able to get the scheduled maintenance on my leased Prius......other issues were addressed and it did NOT take as long as i thought.....i am looking forward to Sept 2021 when my lease is up and I can get another GREAT car.....to ALL Oak Lawn Toyota staff...stay safe and have a wonderful holiday season.....A.Teresi More

Had a recall on my 2015 4RUNNER, called Oaklawn Toyota spoke to Frank Nash in service he immediately scheduled appointment after making sure parts were in stock, the fuel pump had to be replaced, no charg spoke to Frank Nash in service he immediately scheduled appointment after making sure parts were in stock, the fuel pump had to be replaced, no charge. Went into dealership on 22Oct2020, and met with Keith Service advisor vehicle taken in and 2 hours later was ready. We always use Oaklawn Toyota for purchasing and because of the excellent service. Had the same 4Runner in for an airbag recall about a year ago which is a big deal, we take care of our vehicles and want things perfect, this job entailed removing dash, and the professionals at oaklawn Toyota technicians did an excellent job,no rattles no damage just like new. As a former auto technician and knowing about technical side these technicians do the job properly. Some repair facilities when you pick up your vehicle the car is dirty, grease on the body and steering wheel, Oaklawn’s philosophy is to return your vehicle as delivered or better. Thanks to everyone keeping oaklawn Toyota #1! More
