I purchased my new vehicle two weeks ago now and the more I drive it, the more I love it. From the moment I walked in, I expressed my plans to Edwin, and he worked with me to look at different vehicle options and I never felt pressured into purchasing something I did not want. I walked in skeptical but left wanting to return. When it was finally time to take a new car home, Edwin made sure to answer every single question I had and helped me with my trade-in. I felt taken care of every step of the way. I really walk around recommending Toyota to everyone I know. More

Plus 1 for John calling back after 3 months of excesses and sending a check for about half of the money they charged for the plates I didn’t get. Paid $30,000 for a car and they still charged junk fees of and sending a check for about half of the money they charged for the plates I didn’t get. Paid $30,000 for a car and they still charged junk fees of another $347 doc fee and a $500 "government" fee. Oak Lawn also ran 2 extra credit checks even though I already had my own financing. Never had these problems at the dealers down the road from there. More

John Harris, salesman. was amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. When I bought my Toyota Highlander, he came into the car and taught me about every bell and whistle. When I was returning to pick up the title for my old car, he walked right up to our car when we pulled in the lot with the title in his hand. What a delightful experience! And, we LOVE our new car.
