From Lambertville, MI, Keith has worked at Yark Automotive since November of 1998. He has 3 children and a grandchild. His wife is an elementary school teacher and Keith actually used to be a teacher too! Outside of work he enjoys doing anything outdoors like hiking and fishing. He also enjoys reading and restoring cars. One thing Keith cannot live without is his family. His favorite places to be are Northern Michigan and Canada. The weirdest job he has ever had was cleaning a butcher shop. Keith's favorite car is his '65 Dodge Coronet.

This dealership is HORRIBLE!!! They’re dishonest, rude, not friendly, snobbish, and plain out liars and thief’s. I’ve been in business with this dealership since 2017, and have had one after another unplea not friendly, snobbish, and plain out liars and thief’s. I’ve been in business with this dealership since 2017, and have had one after another unpleasant visits to the dealership. From charging me for what’s suppose to be a courtesy vehicle to overcharging me for repairs due to the economic situation has gotten me to want to disassociate myself from the brand entirely. Unfortunately this is the only dealer close to me within my area so I am ultimately at a crossroads with parting with not only a vehicle I absolutely love but also the brand as a whole. Quite a few things have changed in the 20 years of my being a customer I understand the need to be profitable I do feel as thought changes should come to those of us which are affected by the change I was thinking maybe i need to look into a different dealership when my lease is up, this was not the first time that lack of information affected me. Still no action Left you a review on 11-5-18 which you responded to on that same day and I responded to your reply on 11-6-18 and have never received a response in re Left you a review on 11-5-18 which you responded to on that same day and I responded to your reply on 11-6-18 and have never received a response in return nor has there been any action taken to fix the car. The car clearly had the transmission grinding issue when it was put on the lot, advertised and sold to an 18 year old High School student. It now makes sense as to why you accepted my offer for the car even though it was a good but under what book value was that I had researched when negotiating the deal for my Daughter, you knew and just wanted to unload the car on someone so that they would have to deal with fixing the issue rather than doing the right thing and fixing it! There is no way that the car did not have the issue when it was sold to us because the very first time we got up to speed, which can not be achieved unless you are on the 4 lane highway, and was able to shift from 4th to 5th it made the grinding sound! Your response of offering to fix it under the 50/50 warranty is insulting and shameful at best because you know it should have been fixed 100% by you but your slimy rip-off tactics have left a 18 year old high school senior that only works part time faced with potentially having to fix the problems because you refuse to. Had an issue popped up after we had made the 4.5 hour trip back to PA and had some miles on the car then I would be happy to accept the offer of the 50/50 repair but it did not appear after a several hour drive home to PA but rather appeared as soon as the car was taken up to enough speed that you needed to shift from 4th th 5th. It is as if you do not understand english or the fact that "The grinding issue was wrong with the car when it was sold to us"! Please explain to me and anyone that reads this review or is unfortunate enough to buy from your dealership why this repair should be paid for at all by myself or my 18 year old daughter when it was sold to us with this transmission grinding issue? More

BMW of Toledo also did a thorough check of my vehicle letting me know of a few issues that needed my attention and even washed my Beamer.
