Today my wife and I ordered a new X4 M40i. We are SOOOO HAPPY.. WE left Casey BMW after the first visit with two clear emotions: 1- less certain and more doubtful on what car we wanted/could buy; 2- chee HAPPY.. WE left Casey BMW after the first visit with two clear emotions: 1- less certain and more doubtful on what car we wanted/could buy; 2- cheerful/in very good mood (i know..... a strange combination) and highly confident Kellen was our BMW guy!!! Well it took Kellen only two weeks, two in person visits at his office, three text messages and one call to get us the car we wanted (now i can certainly say this is the One). In my life I will always remember how much I enjoyed buying this BMW. I am serious: probably we could have saved extra money by leveraging Casey offer with an aggressive dealership located in the beach area. We decided not to play this card because in our dreamed World, the one way different from the hole we live currently, that would not be right!!! Kellen fully deserved and earned our business. He is super kind and welcoming (yup..... of arrogant people is full this World), he is very practical and a great advisor when it comes the time to decide among many what are the car features good to add (By the way... he just ordered his own new BMW so he knows all these things super well🙂🙃😉😁).
