2020 M340i XDrive My car buying process started when I was kindly greeted by Kellen in early April/2020. I was on the lot "looking" around, and didn't really intend on My car buying process started when I was kindly greeted by Kellen in early April/2020. I was on the lot "looking" around, and didn't really intend on buying any new cars in the near future. I made it clear to Kellen that I wasn't in need of a vehicle, but that I was just looking to compare BMW to my 2018 fully loaded VW. I informed Kellen that I was interested in test driving a 2020 M340i and he informed me that there was only one on their lot. I test drove it with Kellen, and immediately fell in love. I informed Kellen that I fell in love with the vehicle, but wanted some more features on the car than the one on the lot had. Kellen began assisting me in looking everywhere to find the right one. This process took several days and finally I was able to find one about two hours away at another dealership. I Informed Kellen, and requested that it be transported to Casey. It was delivered about 3 weeks later, but it wasn't what I thought it was. Kellen and I then worked a deal on a custom build straight from Germany. Deal was negotiated, order placed, and the wait began. After almost a month of waiting and no news due to Covid-19 shutting everything down, I asked Kellen if we could find something somewhere else as time was moving at a snails pace from Germany in regards to re-opening the factory. I began speaking with Lloyd, the GM of Casey BMW, who located a M340i XDrive in Utah that had just been delivered from Germany. I worked with Kellen and Lloyd to get that car immediately delivered. This process once again took several weeks. Upon delivery, Kellen was great in getting the car cleaned up and placed in the showroom. I requested some specific items like no front mounted license plate and no dealership recognizable decals on the car and it was all done properly. This was my first purchase through Casey BMW and Kellen made it clear that he was there for the customer during the entire process. I would recommend Kellen to any future buyer. Kellen was great to work with and helped me obtain my dream car with a great financing plan and a great price.
