Reminded me that my 30,000 service are due on my next visit; asked about my previous issues with my alignment and offered to have his staff recheck and assured me that he will make sure everything is taken cared off with a smile. Offered coffee, donuts and the shuttle service if need be. Able to meet my needs without hesitation. No issues noted, friendly staff met at the dealership. I received my paperwork, explained oil change was performed and my car alignment was rechecked and said if anything comes up do not hesitate to give him, my advisor a call.
