Uzma was my sells person for each purchase and with her soft-spoken assurance and concern I was Cadillac and all of them were satisfying adventures. Also, she is very knowledgeable, there is nothing she doesn't know about the workings and features of the Cadillac. I also want to recognize John in mgt. The purchase of my 5th Cadillac was the BEST yet! !! Mr and Mrs Kelly personally made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Uzma’s enthusiasm for the Cadillac brand made me realize I will never buy another Cadillac from anyone else. I must mention Glenn Davis’s attention to detail in the finance department. He took the time to explain all the paperwork and didn’t pressure me into buying anything else…his explanations helped me decide what I needed. I highly recommend the Kelly Cadillac experience to anyone interested in the purchase of a new or pre owned Cadillac even if you must travel far to Lancaster they will make the trip worth it! More
