Employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The wait was way too long (almost 3 hours on the 3rd visit waiting on manager after already having visited 2x to pick out our car). Somehow we ended up with an extra 2-year service contract that I apparently paid for and didn’t know it but neither our 3-yr bumper-to-bumper warranty nor our extra 2-year warranty covered tires (?). We had a blowout 2 weeks later far from any repair shops or tire stores or dealerships - took 3 hours to get someone on the phone at the dealership and they let us know that tires were not covered. After submitting a negative review, I was contacted multiple times and they reimbursed most of the cost. We are satisfied that they reached out and helped alleviate our situation. More
