Inspection sticker I was greeted immediately by Barry when we pulled into the service bay. He was just an overall pleasure, very quick to get us out of the car and expla I was greeted immediately by Barry when we pulled into the service bay. He was just an overall pleasure, very quick to get us out of the car and explain the next steps to the end of the service. He offered to bring my car into the bay for us, because it was raining outside and it was just located right outside the bay. I didn’t want him to go out of his way to do that, but I just was impressed by his actions and he insisted on walking out to our car and “opening” my door for me. I don’t know if I have ever had that level of stellar service at a 5 star hotel! All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the short period we were in the dealership. Kelli was my advisor for the visit, and she was a delight. Again, very accommodating as well as knowledgeable. More

Wow what service! I just dropped off my car for warranty work. I had never been to Ira Lexus of Manchester before. First, their waiting room was super nice. People g I just dropped off my car for warranty work. I had never been to Ira Lexus of Manchester before. First, their waiting room was super nice. People greeted you immediately and were super nice. The waiting room had coffee, bagels, cookies, chips, drinks, all complimentary. Couches, higher chairs, private laptop work areas and more - very nice. They gave me a complimentary loaner car while they did the work. But it was when I picked up my car that really impressed me. Washed, vacuumed, topped off the air in my tires (which were low) and opened the doors for us to get in and drive home. Really wowed me! Then when I got home I noticed they had replaced my key fob Lexus leather wrapper which had been very old and frayed with a brand new one. That just topped it off for me! Wow! I'll be back for sure! More

Great customer service experience. This was my second Lexus purchase. When I got the car home, we noticed the inspection sticker was not replaced with one that match my inspection mont This was my second Lexus purchase. When I got the car home, we noticed the inspection sticker was not replaced with one that match my inspection month. The sales person was suppose to schedule an agreed upon date/time for me to bring in the car to replace the sticker and work on 2 other minor issues. When I arrived that evening, my vehicle was not on the schedule nor was the technician that was going to update the software on my navigation. The service advisor Kelli put me at ease by providing me a loaner, made sure the car was worked on first thing the next morning and had Fraser deliver the car to my home and pick up the loaner. Now that is excellent customer service! More
