this dealership has trick pricing quoted. 89.95 for synthetic oil change when i inquired to the service writer she said it’s dependent on the # of quarts of oil. then the final invoice includ 89.95 for synthetic oil change when i inquired to the service writer she said it’s dependent on the # of quarts of oil. then the final invoice included 9.12 customer pay shop charge for repair order. had simple synthetic oil change completed on11/21. scheduled on line for 11AM saw price at $89.95. Final bill 120.17 the note at the bottom states "customer pays shop charge for repair order". Sold me a $350 spare key that did not include the metal key part or the loop to attach it to a key ring. Refused to fix the issue, blaming it on Lexus.
