Hello everyone... just to give you a little background about me, I am not your typical vehicle sales consultant. I strive to be completely honest with you, sometimes to a fault, and to help you find the vehicle that is going to best suite your needs and wants. This is my first time in this industry and first dealership I have ever worked at, but have been here a little over 7 years now. I am a proud alumni and graduate of UTSA with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, but found this line of work just suits me a little better. Now don't laugh when you speak with me... I am from a small country town and I have what people would call a "Country Twang". What makes us different, Makes us Unique! My car situation was that I was upside down on a car loan that I had paid slightly over half of the payments. I was lucky enough to find KellyB and her team of experts to work on my credit problems and aft that I had paid slightly over half of the payments. I was lucky enough to find KellyB and her team of experts to work on my credit problems and after a couple of hours, I was able to drive off the Ancira lot in a beautiful new 2020 Kia Forte LXS with zero cash down payment and monthly payments well within my budgeted expectations. I look forward to continuing my positive experiences at Ancira Kia in the future when I bring my car in for scheduled routine maintenance and servicing. I will get back to another review of the service department at that time. More

Easiest car buying process by far! Kelly was super helpful. Asked me what I was looking for and got me just what I want.
