I tried to buy a car and after we agree to the financing and price, they said they were selling the car at a price that was too low and then they raised it by $5,000. Drive two hours because they said I can test drive. Upon arrival the car was DEAD. No problem, I worked out the numbers and had to come back the next day to finish the paperwork and buy once fixed. Aft Upon arrival the car was DEAD. No problem, I worked out the numbers and had to come back the next day to finish the paperwork and buy once fixed. After 8 hours of driving back and fourth I was happy with my purchase. Next day my car door handle was broken off and car was DEAD. I still did not care was understanding these things happen. They promised me a replacement piece for the door. Gloria promised me this part said it is on the way. It’s been two months and every department and sales person is ignoring me and not returning the calls. See picture for text message proof of how easy going I was ABOUT A $50 part. More
