We're sorry we couldn't meet your expectations; the only thing you were charged for was the diagnosis for us to tell you what was actually wrong with your vehicle. You produced an insurance company that we don't deal with after the diagnosis was provided and expected to use that for payment, if you'd have let us know before starting the process we may have been able to help. We've had this discussion numerous times and we're still sorry about the situation, but this was unavoidable in the way it happened.
