Everyone was very friendly. While waiting for the service to be done, I went to the waiting area. It was very well stocked with beverages and snacks. The staff is friendly. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. I was given an approximate time for service, and directed to the waiting room. Second time visiting for repairs. Working with the service tech was great. Facility was clean and getting the truck in and out was easy. Pricing estimates seemed very high but came Working with the service tech was great. Facility was clean and getting the truck in and out was easy. Pricing estimates seemed very high but came down after actual parts and work done. Found video of inspection and explanation of work needed should be slowed down. Talking and movement was so fast that it was hard to understand. Only complaint is: I am a tech guy. I had a lot of questions and answers were not as helpful as expected. But better than the first time I was in there. (Learning on the job?) More
