My only problem with this whole experience and it was minor was the amount of time the process took. Found a great deal on the internet for exactly what I was looking for. Kelley quickly helped us, however the truck was dirty and it took a long time to clean and still wasn't able to clean it completely. Whe looking for. When we got home with our new used truck the rear a/c was not working. They kept it over the weekend and gave us a loaner and everything works fine now, no extra charge to us! The only one not too friendly was the finance guy. We paid cash so maybe he didn't make extra on finance? I'm not sure. Kelley was great always answered our call and service people were great too.
