I received the same excuse for three months, until I took matters into my own hands and contacted another dealership, which had the grill in stock. I had to escalate the issue to the head service manager to get it resolved. The poor service and lack of follow-through have left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be doing business with this dealership again."
