While I have nothing but praise for Genesis vehicles themselves, my experience with Genesis of Englewood's service department was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I scheduled a valet pickup f themselves, my experience with Genesis of Englewood's service department was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I scheduled a valet pickup for a simple cosmetic issue—some minor paint peeling on my bumper. The valet drivers arrived two hours late, with no proactive communication from the dealership. Even more concerning, I received an alert from the Genesis app showing that my vehicle was being driven at speeds of up to 97 miles per hour. That is completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for customer property and safety. Once my car finally reached the service center, it sat there for over a week with little to no updates from my service advisor. Despite multiple attempts to check in, communication was minimal and unhelpful. Eventually, I gave up waiting and picked up the car myself—still unrepaired. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about lackluster service across Genesis dealerships, and unfortunately, my experience confirms the pattern.
