I had an appointment at 10:00AM today for simple oil change, after 2 hours I checked with the service advisor and been told that it wouldn’t be any longer and half and hour later I checked with them aga change, after 2 hours I checked with the service advisor and been told that it wouldn’t be any longer and half and hour later I checked with them again and they couldn’t even get done anything. I just got my car back after 2 and half hours later without having simple oil change. And all they can say they are sorry about it. Just wasted my time. I don’t recommend this place for service. More
