I was very happy on my first visit to service. Appointment was easy to make and change. Greets quickly and the waiting area was big with plenty of room to space out in these times. Big shout out to Tricia who got stuck with me after the visit to help me address questions I had about the electronics in my new car. In 5-10 minutes she helped me feel so much more comfortable. Amazing! I still may have questions. If I hadn’t had this service call I would have had to come back because so much was unclear to me even after going through the book at home myself. I shouldn’t speak for all but in my age group this is a big concern. The 5-10 minutes when I picked it up was not enough. Maybe all buyers should have a return appointment for 1-2 weeks after they buy. They can cancel if they don’t need it. These cars have so much to offer but you can’t brag about it if you don’t know how to use it. Thank you Tricia! More

I found the truck via car.com. I selected Shannon as my sale rep. She reached out immediately but was easy going and friendly. We set a time to meet at the dealership but when I was running late she was fi sale rep. She reached out immediately but was easy going and friendly. We set a time to meet at the dealership but when I was running late she was fine with the change in time. When I arrived she had the truck ready for me to take on a test drive. Without anything more than taking a copy of my driver’s license as required. When I got back we discussed everything about the vehicle, the warranty, and the CarFax. No pressure, open easy conversation. Once I decided I wanted the truck Shannon took care of the paperwork and I meet with Kelly in finance. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly More

The process was extremely easy. I had done my research so I knew what I was looking not just in the car but the trim level. I was fortunate to arrive on the morning that a shipment of cars had just been drop I knew what I was looking not just in the car but the trim level. I was fortunate to arrive on the morning that a shipment of cars had just been dropped off. That meant I test drove, spoke with our sales associate, completed paperwork with finance and then picked up the car all within the same day. The speed in which they got us in and out, knowing we had a timeline for childcare, and then got the car all set for us, was absolutely incredible. No pushy upcharges, or upselling friendly staff and all around great experience. More

Turned in my 2018 Rav 4, got a Camry,love the way it handles,better size for my age! Pretty color,like gas consumption level.
