Review Title: Disappointing Service and Poor Follow-Up from Management I visited Findlay Toyota Henderson on Wednesday, May 28 and had an extremely frustrating service experience. I waited hours beyond from Management I visited Findlay Toyota Henderson on Wednesday, May 28 and had an extremely frustrating service experience. I waited hours beyond the estimated timeframe. When I went to check in, no one had updated me, and I had to track down the advisor myself—only to be told my car hadn’t even been looked at yet. When it finally was, there was confusion between the advisor and the mechanic regarding which tire needed service. I had to speak with both just to get clarity. Following this, I emailed the dealership directly. Victoria Lopez responded and clearly stated: “We will ensure that someone from our team contacts you via email to address your concerns, avoiding any inconvenience with phone calls.” That never happened. It is now Thursday, June 5, and I still have not received an email from a manager. Instead, I received a generic message asking how my experience was. I replied with the same concerns I already shared in writing. I then received a phone call—not an email—from Kelly, leaving a voicemail stating they wanted more information. No acknowledgment of what I had already detailed. No actual effort to resolve anything. Just another runaround. My review was straightforward and clearly written. If this dealership is going to ask for customer feedback, it should respect the method of communication the customer prefers, especially when promised in writing. Instead, I’ve been ignored, redirected, and now told to call someone after doing exactly what was asked of me. Poor service, worse follow-through. Very disappointing. I purchased my car in 2022, and each visit this year has been worse than the last. More

First of all Jordan didn't help me this time. Kai did. 2nd I was offered a loaner car but ther3 were none available. 3rd I just got my drums replaced, $100 part $250 in labor. Been coming ther Kai did. 2nd I was offered a loaner car but ther3 were none available. 3rd I just got my drums replaced, $100 part $250 in labor. Been coming there for 13 years but I'll be getting service somewhere else going forward More
