Communication is so bad issues come up on the dealer side and finance and they make the issue about you they handle issues like it’s not a big deal it is a big deal people come to get help and to get a reliable transportation when the customer has to be on hold that many times and then still with no results it becomes an issue this place is a joke they don’t consider inconsistent on the dealers part and inconvenience on the customers I will never buy or recommend anyone to this place again I recommended someone here a day after I got my car and never again I feel bad cause he was done worse than I was he actually had to drive 3 hrs just to get it resolved and he called and was put on hold more than me this place is a joke
