I scheduled an oil change for my 2015 Kia K900 on 1/9. A couple of days later we noticed an oil.leak and took it back to the dealership on 1/12. I was told by Kelsey that the mechanic had over torqued the A couple of days later we noticed an oil.leak and took it back to the dealership on 1/12. I was told by Kelsey that the mechanic had over torqued the oil filter housing which had cracked. As of today 1/27, you have still not located a replacement part and do not even have an ETA. I am not sure that you are making every effort to locate the part. I am extremely unhappy with this situation. I would appreciate a call from the Service Manager on this. More

My first maintenance service didn't go well and this was attributed to the technician as no check was made on the oil level after the supposed oil change. A few days later, the vehicle system alerted me abo attributed to the technician as no check was made on the oil level after the supposed oil change. A few days later, the vehicle system alerted me about the low oil level necessitating a return trip. Initially only a top up was done which was ridiculous as there was no evidence that the oil was changed in the first place. So I requested that the oil & filter service be redone and because of the timing, I spent about 3 hours of my time on this matter. I think my next service should be complimentary. Kelsey Johnson had nothing to do with the second visit but I alerted her to the problem. Jonathon was of great assistance in the return trip although I would have expected the service to be fast tracked. More
