I had an appointment for service on the morning of April 6, 2024. While waiting, along with several other customers, we witnessed a salesperson named Kelvin Boatey angrily yell to himself at his desk. Mr. 6, 2024. While waiting, along with several other customers, we witnessed a salesperson named Kelvin Boatey angrily yell to himself at his desk. Mr. Boatey's office area is adjacent to an area where the customers of Corwin sit while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced. Mr. Boatey was angry at his supervisors and said that he deserved more money. He proceeded to use terribly explicit language right next to these customers, including a mother with three small children at a table. The mother moved her and her kids away while Mr. Boatey continued to talk to himself with filthy language. He even called his supervisor a f**ing d**k in front of al of us. When one of his coworkers came over to calm him down, he proceeded to continue with the explicit language. Then they both complained to one another, saying that the dealership makes $1,300 when they charge customers for the Lowjack service and the sales people only get $25 of that $1,300. I will not be returning to Corwin for either a purchase or service. More

Our car buying process was very easy. We had to fly in from out of town for the purchase and pick up. Kelvin went above and beyond by picking me up at the airport. The entire purchase too We had to fly in from out of town for the purchase and pick up. Kelvin went above and beyond by picking me up at the airport. The entire purchase took about 1.5-2 hours which was a record! We found an issue with the vehicle when we got it home and even though we are long distance the dealership made it right. Would recommend this dealership and Kelvin specifically. More

I cannot believe how disrespectful, deceiving and inappropriate "Jr Cihura" the sales manager was to me! I will never buy a car from Toyota ever again! I e-mailed the General Manager and I never hear inappropriate "Jr Cihura" the sales manager was to me! I will never buy a car from Toyota ever again! I e-mailed the General Manager and I never heard a response! I had gone home for Christmas and I had been looking for a Prius. I had just bough a brand new 2023 nx450h Lexus hybrid. I was putting to many miles due to my commute to work. I decided to buy a little commute car for work and was looking for a Prius. I live in Woodland hills California so finding a Toyota-Prius with low mileage is a hot commodity here in Los Angeles. Mind you I have almost spent 100,000 with Toyota in the last year! For me to be treated like trash and disrespect from an individual i just bought a car from was mind blowing! I drove up to Colorado springs from Denver and went and met with a sales guy named kelvin, I test drove this low mileage Prius; it drove nice and it looked as though from the inside and under the hood was well taken care of. It was a one-owner car and it had only been maintained with Toyota with nothing REPORTED on car fax. I though I was getting a good deal. I financed it with Toyota and got the warranties and was on my way. I went to have checked because my oil light went on my way to Denver. The car place also did auto body and they asked if i was aware of the SAVERE hail damage. I didn't even know what that was. I took it back to the dealership and told them what was told to me! "JR Cihura" told me! Yelling at me as if I was a child in trouble; "I am not taking that car back! you bough it! it was your fault you did not see the damage and that he did not have to disclose any dings or hail damage to the car!" I told him "that I was unaware of damage like this and if I could buy a new or different car I did not mind putting more money down I was just unhappy with the car"! Mind you this is less then 12 hours after I bough the car! "JR Cihura said "sure Ill take the prius you just bought as a trade in And Valued it less then half i bough it for plus did not want to credit me in any way for the $4000.00 I spent in warranties! I told him I could not believe i was being treated like this! I told JR that I called Toyota customer relations and Jr Said they have nothing over us and this is a business anything else if your not going to buy a car?! I said No sir! I will never do business with Toyota AGAIN! I told him i wanted to express my concerns with the GM and heard nothing! I have called and emailed never responded! Blown away! Never again! However the Finance manager Tamara was extremely nice and felt she did what she could genuinely do to help my situation. More

Knew exactly what I wanted to get in a used truck, They just got this truck in on a trade in and knew I had to jump on it before it was gone.
