This is my third vehicle from Danbury KIA - they're great! Great sales, service, etc. I drive an hour to get to this dealership, when there's one 2 minutes from my house. They're awesome! great! Disaster of a First Car Buying experience Our experience Saturday involved progressive rudeness and hostility regarding our questions and concerns about pricing and insurance. Fermin put his T Our experience Saturday involved progressive rudeness and hostility regarding our questions and concerns about pricing and insurance. Fermin put his Tupperware of food in front of us and then walked away to go eat. He was barely around for the purchase other than the initial research of the car options. Over half of the time, he was no where to be found and we were left in the dark with what next steps were. One further example was when we told him we were finished working with Kevin from finance with and it turned out we weren’t, Fermin kurtly commented that we had told him we were done and stomped away. During the test drive, I noticed the car was missing a back wiper blade so I will be returning for that installation later today but I also noticed since leaving the dealership the car is missing all mats and mentioned this to him. He has responded via text message extremely unprofessionally even referring to my mother and I as “you ladies”. He was bothered by every request we had which was hardly earth shattering. He obviously wanted us out over the 3.5 hrs we were there and waiting. Aside from one gentleman outside who congratulated me as I was leaving, it was an extremely negative experience. As a family, we are now repeat owners of a Kia, from your dealership, leased and then purchase multiple times, and this is extremely disappointing to have experience such poor customer service. The best employee we came in to contact with was Kelvin of service. He was genuine, got the job done, and kept us in the loop. Excellent job. Kevin of finance was the best part of the day as well when we were buying. He was personable, detailed, and had a pleasant attitude. Thank you Kevin. More
