I purchased a new 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I also purchased the 4 year maintenance plan when I purchased this vehicle and used Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City fo Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. I also purchased the 4 year maintenance plan when I purchased this vehicle and used Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City for the service. Unfortunately, moisture accumulated in the passenger-side front headlight. The Mercedes-Benz customer service representative stated the moisture was caused by a defective headlight seal. Mercedes-Benz recognized the headlight assembly was defective and offered to discount only the cost of the headlight. I still had to paid over $1,300 to replace the defective headlight assembly. The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 is only a few thousand miles over its warranty. Mercedes-Benz should stand behind their vehicle and repair the defective part at no charge to me. I owned Acura, Honda, Ford, General Motors, Chevrolet and Chrysler vehicles for over 40 years and have NEVER encountered a defective headlight assemble. Mercedes-Benz should reimburse me the cost of the repairs to replace the defective headlight assembly. More

Had my car for 3 weeks, couldn’t find the problem. 1st week was Thanksgiving week, but car went in on Monday and it wasn’t looked at until Wednesday. It’s sat the second week as the expert for unusua 1st week was Thanksgiving week, but car went in on Monday and it wasn’t looked at until Wednesday. It’s sat the second week as the expert for unusual issues was on vacation. A dealership this size selling high end cars only has ONE technician qualified to assess the problem? 3rd week tech back but it still took all week to solve issue. I understand that they wanted to make sure they had resolved the issue before releasing the car to us, can’t fault them on that. We thought that when the Piazza group acquired the dealership the service would improve, but only slightly. We purchased our vehicles there and will continue to have them serviced there as it is conveniently located. More

My service experience with the dealership is 5 sstar. However, that is where the stars end. I have to call Sales to get to speak with someone in Service because the phone is rarely answered and msgs le However, that is where the stars end. I have to call Sales to get to speak with someone in Service because the phone is rarely answered and msgs left are never returned. I wanted to purchase an extended maintenance dept and place several calls and NEVER received a call back until I finally called Sales, who always answers, and the manager put me in touch with Windy who was excellent. I do not recall the Sales Manager's name but he was extremely helpful and professional. I had some damage done, minor, while the car was in the shop. I called my service rep Kevin who is definitely 5 stars, told him about the damage and was expecting a call from his manager. The call NEVER came. I called to follow up and Kevin scheduled me for service to replace the damaged running board. The Manager Never called to apologize for the damage to my car. That is very poor service. So if you need service they do a great job if you can get someone on the phone. The finance manager never returns call. Even when you want to spend money in the dealership. NEVER EVER calls back! They have nice inventory and Sales will always be available. Service will be available but getting to service via phone is near impossible. More
