Dear Kelvin Hutchinson and ALM Marietta Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a new truck from ALM Marietta, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. First and f this message finds you well. I recently purchased a new truck from ALM Marietta, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. First and foremost, I must express my gratitude to Kelvin Hutchinson, who served as my sales representative. Kelvin's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication throughout the purchasing process were exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, and for that, I am truly thankful. I would gladly give Kelvin a 5-star rating for his outstanding service. However, I'd like to bring a few concerns to your attention regarding the dealership experience. Firstly, the detailing of the truck was not executed correctly. There was overspray from the cleaning solutions on the windows and outside trim, which was disappointing. Additionally, receiving the truck without a full tank of gas was unexpected, as it is a standard and professional practice in the auto industry. Lastly, the additional keyless remote provided does not work, and the replacement cost from the dealership is $162.26. While I am appreciative of Kelvin's efforts, these aspects of the overall experience contribute to my decision to give the dealership a 3-star rating. I believe addressing these issues will contribute to an improved customer experience for future buyers. Thank you, Kelvin, for your exceptional service. First, a huge shout out to Kelvin and all the folks at ALM. From start to finish they were all professional and met and exceeded all my standards and expectations. I was able to test drive the two cars ALM. From start to finish they were all professional and met and exceeded all my standards and expectations. I was able to test drive the two cars I was looking at with out issue. I got there late in the evening but Kelvin got me out of there pretty quickly once I made my decision on the car I wanted. He was also very patient and understanding as I was trying to make my decision and really made sure everything explained and understood. My experience here was 5 star and comes highly recommended from me. Even the staff who were not involved in my purchase were friendly and kind. I left with the car I wanted and great service.
