I had never purchased a new car before, and was somewhat apprehensive of the whole process, but my salesperson, Kelvin Ruffin, quickly put me at ease, helped me purchased a new car before, and was somewhat apprehensive of the whole process, but my salesperson, Kelvin Ruffin, quickly put me at ease, helped me find the perfect car for me and came across as incredibly helpful, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest person. He made the whole process a completely positive experience for me, I honestly cannot sing his praises high enough. Once I had picked out the perfect car for me, Ron Austin in the Finance Department went over all the financing options available to me thoroughly and in a manner that was easy to understand, and we came up with an option that was well within my budget. The car was in excellent shape and exactly how I expected when I drove it out of the dealership, and their follow-up help has been excellent. Kelvin and Brandon just helped me into a new 2013 Ford Focus. I had initially emailed Palmetto Ford about the Focus and Brandon got back to me quickly and respected my time and alerted Kelvin that I would Focus. He had everything ready for me when I walked in the door. The Focus was exactly as described and drove wonderfully. The next day Kelvin had my paperwork ready to go and we were able to complete my sale without any surprises or hiccups. Kelvin always checked to see how I was doing or if I needed anything and explained all the paperwork carefully and answered all the questions I had on them. With all the complexities of cash, rebates, trade in's, and financing, I felt it went very smoothly. After the sale, Brandon lead me through my sync system, set up my phone, and changed a few settings for me so that my car was up and ready to go. I was very appreciative of his knowledge and his time. Brandon and Kelvin both were very patient with me through the entire process, helping me through my first car sale. They made me very comfortable through my entire time at Palmetto Ford and called me the next day to see how I was doing with the car and if I had any additional questions. I would definitely recommend Palmetto Ford as well as Kelvin and Brandon. The service was fantastic! More
