From Start to Finish 5 Star Service As soon as I walked in to the service department I was greeted by Paul who was very sincere, and took the time to go over all my needs and even questi As soon as I walked in to the service department I was greeted by Paul who was very sincere, and took the time to go over all my needs and even question me about other services that I was not aware of that might be needed. Then Ken came over and went through everything with me to make sure I didn't miss anything. Ken kept me updated throughout the day. When I picked up my truck I met with Ken he went over everything explaining what they did. My paper work and truck were ready no waiting. Ken assured me if I had any questions don't hesitate to call him. I will DIFFERENTLY be doing business with Tasca service of Seekonk again. More

No problems at all /Excellent in service Tasca Ford In Seekonk, MA is by far the "Best" place I used for service of my personal vehicles as well as vehicles used in my line of work. Ken, Pau Tasca Ford In Seekonk, MA is by far the "Best" place I used for service of my personal vehicles as well as vehicles used in my line of work. Ken, Paul and George , they are the three wise men, they are knowledgeable in their work. Each in every time I deal with anyone of those gentlemen, I'm treated with professionalism & honesty. I wish I can say the only treat me this way but they treat each and every customer the same way. The Tasca family should be very proud of those Guys in Seekonk More

Service is always excellent I do like the service your Quick Lane has provided for both my cars over the years. I only have one concern in that 2 hours to get a car service seems I do like the service your Quick Lane has provided for both my cars over the years. I only have one concern in that 2 hours to get a car service seems a bit lengthy. Normally, I would drop my vehicle off and pick it up later in the day. This time I did not have that option and had to wait. The service writer did tell me it was going to be 45 minutes before it was going in, but maybe it's me, taking 1 1/4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and topping off fluids seems a stretch. More

File one part of this story under shameful and the other under amazing! My college student son called and said that his battery light had come on in his car. My Husband told him to get it checked at the closest Ford dealership to school. He brought the car to TASCA Ford in Seekonk on Monday 4/16. After a couple of hours, they came out and said that his battery and alternator were both shot and needed to be replaced and handed him an estimate for $1095.77. He thought that seemed very high so called his Dad who agreed. We called around to a couple of places who said that seemed very high. We then called the dealership where we bought the vehicle, who priced it out and said it would be more like $570 to fix it all...almost half. My husband went to TASCA (as they would not give my son back his keys claiming the car was unsafe) and told them we would have AAA tow the car to another place. They then asked for the estimate back (not knowing that Adam had taken a picture of it). It gets better... The car was towed to the other Ford dealership where the tech there said he wanted to do a diagnostic himself. Even sent us an amazing little video showing what he did. Turns out the battery failed when tested, but the alternator did not. Tested the wires to the alternator and they were fine also. Keeps tracing the issue and low and behold it turns out the wire connected to the sensor which sends the signal to the PCM to let it know the battery is charging was broken so the connector needed to be replaced, a $25 part, not an alternator! My $1095.77 bill went to $362.57. I'm still trying to decide if the TASCA crew is incredibly incompetent or incredibly dishonest or both. How many more vehicles have they "mis-diagnosed" for hundreds of dollars more than they repair should have cost? How many more customers have they taken advantage of?? The GM is supposed to get back to me with an explanation...as of today, 4/20, I have yet to hear back from the GM Matt. More

My car was done before the promise time and the manager took the time to give me a call back! Better service from this service center than my wife's Cadillac dealership.
