somewhat of an emergency My still new 2016 ford edge with 5000 miles began to just stall abruptly......very disconcerting when you are in traffic! this happened for the second My still new 2016 ford edge with 5000 miles began to just stall abruptly......very disconcerting when you are in traffic! this happened for the second time last Friday afternoon. I reached home and called Tasca service, explained the issue and was connected to Ken Anselmo. Ken immediately arranged for me to bring the car in the next morning. I did and with just a 45 minute wait the problem was diagnosed, a replacement part was installed and I was good to go. Exemplary attitude and service from Ken......and on a weekend! More

The only problem encountered was the lack of a callback when the work was completed due to an error in noting my cell number on dealerships service order. More
