Ken and everyone at the dealership were professional, knowledgeable and kind. Ken was patient with our many questions about leasing. He also worked hard to find the best financing solution for us. It was a late night waiting our turn to meet with the finance department and Ken stayed the entire time and made sure we knew how to connect to the Toyota App. and the major functions of the car.
